Chef Linda comes to us from California where she hosted a cooking show on San Diego's premier morning show, "San Diego Living". While showcasing her International cooking, her viewers were treated to the many gourmet dishes she created.
Farmer Jim has been a farmer and cattle rancher in Nebraska for the past 40 years. He not only brings his amazing "green thumb" but also his award- winning beef directly from his cattle ranch.
Together, they will feed you the BEST food you have ever eaten.

Amazzzing Food!
One guest after another kept coming to us and saying the same thing: this was the best wedding food they had ever had. Each course of the meal had been painstakingly planned and magnificently created. Every dish was savory and comforting to the palate. Linda developed a French country theme for the meal which accentuated the rest of the wedding flawlessly. Hors d 'Oeuvres included brie covered in roasted raspberry chipotle sauce. Les Entrees included Soupe aux Champignons and a classic French bistro salad. The main course was a delectable Boeuf Bourguignon. Each gourmet course complimented the next, and the presentation of the food was impeccable. Linda is gifted at layering multiple unique flavors together to surprise and delight the tastebuds.
